How to

Step 1	Add 20 ML of mango liqueur
Step 2	Squeeze the juice of 2 lime wedges into the wine glass or use lime juice
Step 3	Now add 40 ML of Saclé
Step 4	Add the ice, preferably crushed ice
Step 5	Add 2 lime wedges
Step 6	Crush a sprig of mint and add it to your glass
Step 7	Top it off with sparkling water (soda water)
Step 8	Garnish with a lime slice and mint on the rim of the glass
