Operations Manager (Jr)
Directing and handling collaborations with festivals, student associations, and events. As an Operations Manager (Junior), you play an essential role in managing our daily business operations. You work closely with the team and contribute to the overall success of the company. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a start-up environment and contribute to the rapid growth and development of the company.
What are you going to do
- Coordinating various operational processes, including procurement, inventory management, and production planning.
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing and media plans to increase the company’s visibility.
- Assisting in organizing events and festivals, including planning locations, concept development, collaborating with vendors, and ensuring a successful execution.
- Managing operational and administrative files and reports.
- Directing and handling collaborations with festivals, student associations, and events.
- Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and projects to enhance the overall efficiency of the company.
- Assisting in guiding and supervising staff and freelancers (including occasional work at events or festivals).
- Engaging and maintaining contact with beverage brands worldwide – Import & Export.
From organizing festivals & events, importing new emerging cool beverage brands, to marketing a new cocktail. It keeps you busy with us!

Job requirements
- At least a completed economic (Management, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.) HBO or WO education.
- Any experience in a similar role related to import/export, marketing/communication, distribution, management, beverages, and/or events industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and show initiative – being resourceful.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Affinity with the beverages and events industry.
- Fluent command of Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
Salary
Salary indication: 2900-3300 EUR.
