Account Manager Randstad

We’re a vibrant startup providing the best drinks to the hospitality industry, supermarkets, liquor stores, and online shoppers. Think internationally renowned brands like Sambuca, Tequila, Vodka, Blikkies, Limoncello, Shots, Gin & Whisky, but we do more than that! We produce podcasts, cool media videos, manage artist performances, and DJs, and promote our drinks at the coolest events and festivals. And trust us, it’s a party!

What are you going to do

As an Account Manager in the Randstad, you are our ambassador in your region! You are responsible for expanding (and maintaining) our customer base in the Randstad. Your tasks include, among others:

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and actively approaching potential customers.
  • Managing existing customer relationships and building new relationships within the hospitality industry, supermarkets, and liquor stores.
  • Giving product presentations and advising customers on our range.
  • Preparing and following up on quotes, invoices, and contracts.
  • Achieving sales targets and reporting results to the management team.
  • And occasionally, enjoying a drink with us!

You are communicatively strong, have a proactive attitude, and are flexible in terms of availability. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus. Job requirements

  • A Sales Superstar, ready to conquer the hospitality world in the Randstad.
  • Someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role in the hospitality or beverage industry.
  • Well acquainted with the hospitality sector in the Randstad. Commercially driven, results-oriented, and persuasive.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • A true ‘communication guru’. Independent, communicative, and proactive.
  • Possession of a driver’s license (B).

Salary

Compensation (Salary) and Future Prospects: We always aim to provide you with a competitive salary. That’s important to us; we value you and your work. Therefore, you will receive an above-market salary for this position, and as our company continues to grow, both in size and profit, you’ll be rewarded with substantial bonuses that can be quite significant.
