Finance & HR Manager

We are a vibrant startup supplying bars, supermarkets, liquor stores, and online shoppers with the best drinks. Think of internationally renowned brands of Sambuca, Tequila, Vodka, Gin, and Whisky. We also organize artist and DJ performances and host events. Behind all these creative ideas, we need someone to manage finances, HR processes, and administration. And that’s where you come in!
What are you going to do
As a Finance & HR Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining and managing our financial and administrative processes, as well as leading the HR department. Your tasks include:
Finance:
- Managing the accounting and ensuring accurate financial reports and forecasts.
- Preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the management team.
- Managing cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Overseeing taxes and compliance-related matters.
HR & Administration:
- Responsible for personnel policies, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee development.
- Maintaining a healthy work environment by establishing employment conditions and overseeing employee records.
- Advising and supporting the management team on HR strategies and team development.
- Managing contracts, permits, and general administrative tasks.
General Support:
- Optimizing internal processes to ensure organizational efficiency.
- Collaborating with external partners, such as accountants, legal advisors, and HR consultants, to ensure the company complies with all legal requirements.
- Assisting in preparing reports for the board and shareholders.

Naturally, both primary and secondary employment conditions are attractive. This role is designed for 3 to 4 days per week, with a salary ranging from €2,700 to €3,200.

Job requirements
We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient professional who enjoys taking initiative and can thrive in the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing company. You possess strong organizational and analytical skills and are capable of overseeing and improving both financial and HR processes.
Your Profile:
- You have a background in finance and/or administration, with relevant education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Experience with accounting systems, CRM systems, and Excel.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Good knowledge of labor law and relevant legislation.
- You are organized, resilient, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
Salary
