Sales Manager

We are an ambitious fast-growing company in the beverage industry, located in Eindhoven. With a strong focus on importing, distributing, and building innovative beverage brands, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to strengthen our growing team. In the coming year, several major international beverage brands will be added, including Whisky, Tequila, Vodka, Limoncello, and more. Additionally, we will be expanding into other countries, owning events and festivals, and participating in the artist, DJ, and influencer scene.

What are you going to do

  • Leading the sales team and setting ambitious yet achievable goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Analyzing market trends and competition to enhance the competitive position.
  • Generating detailed reports on sales performance and progress.
  • Creating training programs for the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Providing advice on pricing strategies and discount structures to remain competitive and maximize profitability.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager in the beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven success in negotiating contracts and agreements at various levels within organizations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing market share.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beverage market in the Netherlands.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to discover new sales opportunities and optimize brand implementations.

Salary

5400 – 6000 (excluding bonuses)
